MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in Social Services OT, including community-based assessments, home environment evaluations, and major adaptations. The role involves assessing new referrals, identifying risks around access, safety and independence, completing reports, attending Major Adaptations Panels, and supporting junior staff.
