Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with previous experience working with older adults living with dementia
- Experience managing complex caseloads within a community setting
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting carers and service users with complex needs
- Previous supervisory experience with junior staff and students
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
